Hi there, my name is Sherry Rothwell. You'll be relieved to know that I am not one of those ‘make it look easy’ fitness junkies or ‘always been skinny chicks' who just can’t figure out why you can’t stick with counting calories or an exercise routine - I actually used to be obese!

I have been in your shoes and struggled with many of the same things you have, starting in my early teens such as: binging, eating in secret, dieting and obsessing about my weight

I too couldn't lose the after baby weight despite eating a healthy whole foods plant based diet.. By the time I hit my mid thirties, despite already being 20 lbs overweight - I gained another 21 lbs in less than 2 months! 

I've also been been fat shamed, badgered about my 'lack of fitness' and criticized about my body and shape. So I get it, diet culture sucks.

And at the same time as a holistic  nutritionist, I recognize that extra body fat has a message for us - that something is out of harmony - in our lives and in our health.
