Hi, I’m Sherry Rothwell - as a formally obese nutritionist, I’ve sat at both sides of the table, so I understand the struggle.

I too thought I was doing everything right.....BUT there was still something missing.

As a teen, I cycled between binge eating and starvation.

In my early twenties, I healed myself through natural living - and my weight normalized effortlessly as a side benefit.
