It is for you if you are ready to set clear and strong intentions, but also willing to let go of attachment to a specific weight by a certain time - but rather, you are keen to focus your attention on cultivating a healthy relationship with your body.
This program is for the women who is committed to putting her health first and to trusting her body's timing.

This is an important question to identify mindset/emotional blocks that are in the way. Don't hold back or censor yourself. If something comes up that you are embarrassed to say, not to worry, this isn't about judging what comes up, it's about identifying programs that need to be deleted or rewritten.
