When I was diagnosed with Mono in my early twenties, the doctor had nothing more for me other than a prescription for antibiotics for my strep throat. So I went to the health food store and bought remedies to boost my immune system and I literally changed my diet overnight. That was when I first took responsibility for my own health and healing. Not only did I feel immensely better in less than 4 weeks, but despite having mono, I never missed a day of work. In the process of doing what needed to be done to address the mono, my body started healing itself of everything. In no time, I had healed myself from acne, yeast infections, PMS, and depression too - using only natural food, energy medicine and natural remedies. Two years later I had also lost 15 ish lbs without even trying to lose weight.
