The Terrain Transformation program is a 13-moon (months) guided cleansing path, that walks you step-by-step through creating harmony in your life on all levels, so that you can finally move forward in life feeling light, free, energized and elevated!

How this works:

You will be guided through diet and lifestyle shifts that transform your health from the inside out.

Everything is done in a sequential order that makes sense with how your body functions and heals itself!

Here is what is included:

You will receive 1 new module each month for 13 moons (months), including accompanying resources where relevant, such as: menus, protocols, step-by-step plans, short-to-the-point video trainings with handouts that highlight the important stuff, checklists, implementation templates and workbooks for clear guidance.

Assessment of your progress is systemized and easy to track with the 'terrain transformation map' that includes:

  • self-tests to monitor how your body is responding to the recommendations as we go. We'll be testing, instead of guessing, so that you can learn what works best for your body.
  • tracking templates so that you can see your progress and stay on track

  • Bi-monthly Q & A's at 5pm PST on Tuesdays in our private Facebook group (replays stay posted, so that you can watch them at any time).

Option 2: Open Office Guided Group Coaching - This is for you if you prefer the face-to-face, up-close and personalized experience with a touch of community connection. Includes everything in the DIY e-course with live-stream Q & A's, plus it includes:

  • Bi-weekly open office coaching in a group on Tuesday evenings between 6-8 pm PST. 'Open office' means that you can come and go at any time or you can stay the whole time to learn from the questions and inquiries of others. * We are scheduled till 8 pm PST, but I will stay until everyone has had time to get their questions answered and coaching on whatever is needed.

Although anyone can take their health into their own hands, not everyone is ready to take personal responsibility for their health. This program is not for people who:

  • hate change and you don't want to try new things (this is all about self-transformation from the inside out, on all levels)
  • just wants to be told what to do (this program teaches you how to do self tests so that you know how to eat and supplement to meet your own unique bio-individual needs)

To be clear, we are not treating symptoms or disease. What we are doing is transforming your inner terrain. Your inner terrain is the environment inside your body.
Your inner environment either grows health or dis-ease, depending on what you put in it or expose it to. In this program, we detoxify your inner environment, restore your microbiome and replenish the nutrients your body needs to thrive (we also address the metaphysical side if this as well).

As far as supplements go, we use superfoods and herbs wherever possible and not synthetic supplements unless absolutely necessary.

FAQ's

Q. How hard are the cleanses? The cleanses are designed to be relatively easy, but effective. Most cleanses are primarily food based and last anywhere from 3 - 21 days long. There are also cleanses that require supplements.

Q. What if life gets busy and I can't find the time to cleanse?
A. The classes that require supplements are easy to do, because they are less intensive food wse. You can reduce the food cleanses to 3 days and repeat them at a later date to go deeper.  I have created the plans with done-for-you food prep rhythms and grocery lists to make it easy for you. You have to spending time cooking and eating either way, so having the plans will save you time when it comes to planning and organization. You won't have to plan or think about what to eat and taking these special 3-day sabbaticals will support you to schedule in downtime.

Q. What if I can't keep up with the pace of the modules? A. No need to worry. Regardless of the level you choose, you will get to keep access to the membership space and stay in the Facebook group to help you maintain your results and continue to grow in health! So you can learn and implement at your own pace.

Q. What if I still need more healing at the end of 12 months? Just rinse and repeat the process. Ideally, you will use this program on-goingly as a reset whenever you need one!

Q. Can I do this if I am pregnant or breastfeeding? A. You can do this if you are breastfeeding (with modifications). If you are pregnant, you should work with me privately so that we can customize your health plan to make sure that it is focused more on building your nutritional resources.

Q. What if I want or need some extra private support along the way? A. If at any time, you want to pick my brain in a private session or get a bit of focused 1 on 1 guidance throughout the process, you can book a private 1 on 1 coaching session here a la carte.

Q. Can I do this if I am on medication? A. Yes, you can do this with modifications here and there, and with the support of your doctor to lower your medication or ease you off of it safely. If you are on medication or have a diagnosed disease, choose the private coaching option, so that I can modify the program to your unique situation.

Q. What if we get to 8 pm during open office hours and I haven't had a chance to get my question answered yet? No worries, I have booked the whole night off, so as long as you show up by 7:45pm PST, you'll get your question answered.
