We meet 4 times a week for the first 3 weeks to get you set up and firmly established. After that, we’ll meet twice a month for 10 months. In your final month, we will meet 3 times for 3 nurturing beauty retreat days:

• Beauty Spa Day & Integration Session Retreat Day

• Make-Up, Photoshoot & Celebration Dinner Retreat Day

At the end of 12 months, you will have dropped weight (on all levels), embodied your beauty, dived deeply with inner work and emotional release to reinvent yourself with a plan in hand to make your dreams come true!

Your one-on-one package includes:

• 12, 1 hour health assessment based sessions (energetic nutrition, herbology, astrology etc.)

• 16, 2 hour strategy sessions (using moon cycles, seasonal energies and astrology for organizing & planning etc.)

• 5, 5 hour retreat days for implementation and embodiment support (you and me hands on in your kitchen, grocery and clothes shopping, spa day, photoshoot etc.)

That’s 69 scheduled hours together, plus the additional time I spend in-between sessions contemplating the results of your assessments, creating custom protocols, formulating custom skin care and herbal remedies, developing and restructuring your personalized plan and prepping for your sessions and retreats.
