Your body speaks, are you ready to listen?

Symptoms are messages from the body, reflecting emotions, beliefs, and energy patterns. By uncovering the deeper roots—mind, body, and soul—you can release blocks, unlock healing, and use your health challenge(s) as a catalyst to transform your life.

Your body reflects your emotions, the choices you make mirror where your mind is currently at and your results are a reflection of your hidden subconscious beliefs.

That’s why real healing requires working with the subconscious to find invisible blocks, resistances and counter intentions. Other times it  requires working with the mind to shift limiting beliefs and release suppressed emotions. 

Using familiar systems like the chakras as a map (and other metaphysical systems), we connect your physical symptoms to their metaphysical counterparts.

You love this work if you are prepared to ask deep questions and authentically answer them to get to the root cause of your issues.

This is not surface-level mindset work.

This is beyond insight....its emotional embodiment and release.

Emotional yoga is an inside-out path to creating a new experience of your reality.

How it works:

These sessions are scheduled for 1 hour, but we may go for up to 2 hours each session, depending on what comes up for you.

*There is a significant amount inner homework as well, that must be completed before we go on to the next session (there is no rush either, we can meet weekly or bi-weekly or monthly whatever is flowing best for your inner work process).

The homework is worksheets and journal exercises. You come back to your next session and share with me what you discovered and we will do the release work together on anything that comes up.

This is not a passive process. It is for people that are committed to doing the inner work to pull out the emotional, mental and spiritual causes behind what is holding them back in health and in life.

Please note, that I am not a therapist. You are the one doing the inner work. I am simply acting as a guide walking beside you, holding space and being a witness to your transformation.
