A note about the Lose 5 lbs in 3 days plan

Results will vary based on your unique situation and how healthy or damaged your metabolism is. You may lose more than 5lbs or less than 5 lbs (it will feel like 5 at a minimum regardless of what the scale says on account of no longer being bloated and constipated). You will feel better!

You'll feel lighter, your stomach will be flatter and shrink to fit the amount of nutrition you actually need. This will happen naturally as your body feels relief from the stress of poor food choices.
