Kitchen Makeover e-course

Module 2: Kitchen Audit - In this module, I will walk you through your fridge and cupboards to explore how to upgrade the quality of the foods you already eat, to point you to more shifts you need to make for optimal health.

Module 3: Kitchen Makeover - This is where you'll learn about specific natural foods to emphasize and which ones to de-emphasize (and why) to take your health to the next level, so that you can heal and lose weight without dieting.

Module 4: Kitchen Detox - Once you've stocked your kitchen with the right foods, it's time to 'out' those toxic chemicals, hormonal disruptors and other 'obesogens' (disruptive chemicals that cause hormone imbalance and force your body to hold onto excess fat - to protect you (basically your fat cells store toxins, so if you keep taking in toxins then your body has no choice but to stay fat - regardless of how many calories you do or don't eat!).
Each module is followed by a checklist to make sure that you didn't miss anything!
