The package begins with a Full Body Analysis that assesses for nutrition deficiency symptoms and body system imbalances. This is an extensive online assessment with custom recommendations on specific foods, supplements and lifestyle practices to bring balance back to your whole body. You must complete this online before your scheduled session.
In this 1 hour session, we’ll identify what your blocks are to weight loss, explore what you need at an individual level to overcome them and outline your personalized path forward.
After the session, you will receive a document outlining what we discussed so that you have everything at your fingertips for easy review.
If you decide you want on-going support to embody what we’ve discussed, I will share with you the options available for doing so.
Here is how it works:
1. Before your session, you will receive an online symptom test by e-mail that will shed light on any body system imbalances, nutrient deficiencies and toxic excesses in your life.
2. In the session, we’ll discuss your main concern and the results of your symptom assessment and explore your roadmap for self healing.
3. After your session, you will receive a 1-2 page protocol outlining what we discussed with personalized recommendations, so that you have crystal clear clarity about what to do next.
