VIRTUAL Un-Block Your Health & Weight Loss Blocks Package
In this VIRTUAL package, we will identify and address the root cause of your health issues, so that you can finally achieve optimal health and your ideal weight naturally without dieting - and maintain it permanently. This package also includes the Delish UN-diet School and the Fit Fare Food Foundation e-courses. This VIRTUAL consulting package is done without the need to set aside time to meet.
You will receive a signature series of 8 questionnaires, designed to uncover your health and subsequent weight loss blocks, so that I can determine your current needs and provide you with a personalized plan. You will receive personalized follow-up guidance through text, video, audio, and other resources will be provided where appropriate.
The package begins with a Nutri-Body Analysis that assesses for nutrition deficiency symptoms and body system imbalances. This is an extensive online assessment with custom recommendations on specific foods, supplements and lifestyle practices to bring balance back to your whole body. After that we'll dive even go deeper into your unique situation to overcome any obstacles in the way.
This package includes the Delish UN-diet School (hormone balance) and the Fit Fare Foundation (how to eat balanced meals) e-courses. In order to get the full value of this package, you must be willing to do the e-courses provided for you and set aside the time to implement and embody the strategies.
How it works:
1. Make you your payment.
2. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours from the time of your purchase to fill out your nutri-body assessment
3. Once your assessment results are received, your protocol will be delivered by e-mail within 48 hours.
4. Next we'll proceed to the VIRTUAL coaching sessions after that (everything is done with forms). If you want this service, but you want to do it in zoom because reading and writing is difficult for you, please e-mail support@delishdiet.ca and I will refer you to one of my students who are also registered holistic nutritionists.
