This package is for you if you are 'here for all of it' (astrology, inner work, diet, lifestyle, and herbs). I will assess all of it, create a custom strategy, and a foundational protocol and a step-by-step plan.

The assessment path:

Session 1: Main Concern Assessment - This is where you explain your main health concerns and I give you a preliminary protocol that you can start right away (3 recommendations from each category: astrology, inner work, diet, lifestyle, and herbs - targeted to your main health concern).

Session 2: Health History Assessment - this is where we identify your emotional weight and ancestral inner work.

Session 3: Body Systems assessment - this is where we explore your whole body and I custom formulate herbal remedies for you.

Session 4: Nutrition Assessment - this is where we uncover the gaps in your nutrition and you get a custom grocery list and supplement protocol to fill up your nutrient tank.

Session 5: Meals Assessment - this is where we we go over my intuitive framework for creating balanced meals

Session 6: Lifestyle Assessment - this is where we identify the habits that are hindering your health and create solutions.

Session 7: Metaphysical Assessment - this is where we identify the mind, emotion and spiritual blocks that need to be uprooted for complete healing.

Session 8: Astrology Life Purpose Assessment - this is where we’ll identify your sacred calling and the soulful life path worth living for (if you already know what yours is, no worries, this will tell us how you can embody it to the fullest level.
