These delicious chocolate chip cookies taste even more divine when you eat them straight out of the freezer!

What you will need:
2.5 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp unrefined salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup, plus 2 Tbsp powered erythritol
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips (Krisda or Lilly's)
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

How to do it:
Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 350 F and melt coconut oil in a small pot on the stove.
Step 2: Meanwhile mix dry ingredients (almond flour, unrefined salt, baking soda, powdered erythritol, chocolate chips)
Step 3: Mix in melted coconut oil and the vanilla extract.
Step 4: Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 5: Roll the dough into balls and place on the parchment paper and press down with a fork.
Step 6: Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Let the cookies cool for at least 20 minutes before serving (otherwise they will fall apart because the coconut oil needs some time to firm back up).
Step 8: Put in the freezer and serve frozen (the taste and texture becomes next level when you serve them as freezer cookies!)

Enjoy!
