Gallbladder Flush Plan
Kick stones, keep your gallbladder!
This plan is an apple juice-free plan to flush stones out of the gallbladder without having to undergo invasive surgery. It is based on the work of the late Andreas Moritz. If you prefer to learn from the Gallbladder Guru himself, or you would simply like to purchase his book to supplement this plan, here is where you can purchase his 400 + page book.
The beautiful thing about the gallbladder flush is that it is relatively easy to do compared to other cleanses, while also being extremely powerful and very effective.
It is perfect whether you want to prevent gallbladder surgery, or you just feel heavy, sluggish and toxic - or you simply want to do the flush to optimize your health (why live life carrying stones that compromise your ability to optimally digest fat and absorb fat soluable vitamins?!).
Prevention really is the best medicine!
Here are the topics included in this 25 page short, concise and to-the-point pdf booklet:

FAQ's
1. Isn't this dangerous? Theoretically, a stone could get lodged in the bile or pancreatic duct, which could lead to pain and/or emergency gallbladder surgery. To my knowledge, this has never actually happened to anyone with this intentiomal flushing because of the malic acid that is taken to dissolve and shrink the stones that make them soft, pliable and 'squishy'. I suggest that if you are concerned, you should do sufficient preliminary research regarding flushing, to allay any fears you have about it BEFORE doing the flush. You can do that by reading this book on amazon https://amzn.to/4aDCPmy
2. What is malic acid? Malic acid is a natural food chemical found in apricots, blackberries, apples, apple cider vinegar, cranberry, tart cherries, grapes, peaches, pears and plums and other fruits to a lesser degree.
3. How is your approach different than Andreas Morwitz? My approach does not use apple juice which has way too much fruit sugar in it for people with health imbalances and liver issues. I have simplified the process into step-by-step fashion.
4. Does it hurt? No. it doesn't hurt, most people feel nothing at all other than subtle energy shifts in the general area of where the gallbladder sits, for approximately 20 min (after that you go to sleep for the night).
5. How do the stones get out once they are passed out of the bile duct? They come out trough the stool in the morning.
6. What supplies will I need? You will need to eat a diet of natural whole foods, plus you will need olive oil and citrus fruit and apple cider vinegar or malic acid, and epsom salts. You may also want to purchase a plastic a sieve, if you want to catch the stones to see what came out. It is also recommended to buy an enema kit to use before the flush and for a few days after - especially if you tend toward constipation. There are additional recommended herbs and supplements, but those are optional for those who want to take extra dissolving substances. I provide you with the link to all products, so that you can order them from Amazon if you can't find them in your area. In case of allergies, there is an alternative for each ingredient.
7. Can I learn how to do this by myself without having to join the group? Yes, absolutely, you can purchase my step-by-step instructional e-book or read this book on Amazon (I suggest you buy both to boost your confidence).
8. Who should NOT do the flush? There are some situations where it is not advised to do the flush, although you can still use the stone shrinking remedies included in the plan (please check with your doctor for drug-supplement interactions though).
DO NOT DO THE FLUSH IF:
- you are allergic or intolerant to an ingredient - specifically malic acid (there are many options included in this protocol, so there is likely something you can use to shrink the stones, even if you can’t do the flush).
- prescription medication - address the root causes of your health issue and then work with your doctor to see if you can wean yourself off, first because some people on medication have done it, not released stones and felt sick during and after the flush (except thyroid meds, see note below).
- chemotherapy - wait 6-8 months after chemotherapy (according to Morowitz, doing a flush too soon after releases too much unbound poison that can burn the intestinal tract)
- bowel obstruction
- you are weak, emaciated, underweight
- inflammatory bowel disease
- large hemorrhoids
- acute infection
- severe or regularly occurring constipation (do a colon cleanse before gallbladder flush)
- pregnancy or nursing
- during menstruation
- stent in the biliary duct
- uncontrolled diabetes (get your blood sugar in balance before starting as you will need to fast for a portion of the flush day).
- kidney disease
If the flush is wrong for your situation or diagnosed disease, there are alternative ways to support liver and gallbladder health (I am currently working on these additional protocols, but you can pre-order them now):

Advanced Protocol - https://www.delishdiet.ca/products/207406-Advanced-Gallbladder-Protocol
9. Can I get a private session? If you want to discuss your unique situation, you can book a private session here: https://www.delishdiet.ca/products/187789-Holistic-Nutrition-Consulting-Intake
10. What if I have already had my gallbladder removed? Yes, you can use this same method to do a liver flush to remove liver stones. Stones in the liver make it difficult for the liver to remove toxins and waste products.
If you cannot do the flush, you can still use the stone-dissolving substances in the protocol (all of which also help shrink kidney stones). You can also purchase the mini or extended gallbladder protocols for other ways to support gallbladder health and prevent future stones.
