Chocolate Orange Pudding (sugar free, dairy free)
What you will need:
2 large ripe avocados (or 3 small)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
the 'watery' part of canned coconut milk (adjust by texture since each can will have different levels of water)
1/3 cup powdered erythritol (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
1 tsp orange extract
1/8 tsp unrefined salt
How to do it:
Step 1: Chop avocado.
Step 2: Place all ingredients into a food processor (except coconut water).
Step 3: Start processing and slowly add coconut water until blended into smooth pudding texture.
Eat immediately or chill covered in the fridge.

I think there might be something missing in the ingredient list? At the bottom of the list, it says “1/8 tsp”, but nothing follows it.
