This 1 Hour Holistic Nutrition Consulting Session is perfect for you if you just want to pick my brain and/or get a feel for what my approach would be in your unique situation. You will be provided with curated relevant resources based on what we discuss to help you implement what we discussed.

This 3 session package includes a Nutri-Body Analysis with accompanying diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations that are a specific match to your unique symptom picture. We meet to discuss your main health concerns, the assessment is completed online and then we meet together to discuss your results and recommendations. The package ends with a follow up session for clarity and advice to overcome any challenges that may have come up so that solutions can be provided.

This VIRTUAL consulting package is done with text, audio or video. It includes 4 VIRTUAL sessions done with a questionnaire. You will be responded to directly on the form and personalized video, audio, and other resources will be provided where appropriate.
