Cottage Cheese Bowl


This is so easy! It's just dry curd cottage cheese, topped with cinnamon and ‘brown sugar’ erythritol (Swerve brand)

If you don’t like the texture of dry curd, top it with a splash of whipping cream, or half and half.

1/2 cup dry curd cottage cheese contains 13 grams protein.

This is the low carb way of making it. If you don’t mind the extra carbs, you can also add fresh berries or apple (grated or chunky)
