Just because you've sworn off sugar, doesn't mean you have to give up treating your sweety to treats on Valentines day!

What you will need for the white chocolate:

1/2 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup milk powder or coconut milk powder
3 Tbsp erythritol
3 drops stevia
2 tsp vanilla extract

Raw Citrus Cheesecake (dairy free, sugar free)

I love raw food desserts, but don't so much love how much 'inherent' sugar is in them - loads and loads of dates and maple syrup.

This version is made with erythritol (fermented sugar which has no calories and has minimal, if any affect on blood sugar). 

On the other hand, just 2 dates have 36 grams of carbs for a total of 9 tsp sugar! Most raw food recipes use much, much more than 2 dates, so they are extremely unnaturally high in carbs - and that's not even counting the maple syrup!

Chocolate Orange Pudding (sugar free, dairy free)

Chocolate Orange Pudding

What you will need:

2 large ripe avocados (or 3 small)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
the 'watery' part of canned coconut milk (adjust by texture since each can will have different levels of water)
1/3 cup powdered erythritol (more or less depending on your sweet tooth)
1 tsp orange extract
1/8 tsp unrefined salt

Toasty Chocolate Caramel Cups

Toasty Choc Caramel Cups
(makes 30 small cups)

What you will need for the chocolate layer:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup salted butter
3/4 cup raw cacao
3 Tbsp powdered erythritol
3 drops of plain stevia

How to do the chocolate layer:
Step 1: Melt 1 cup coconut oil in a small saucepan on medium heat.
Step 2: Measure 1/2 cup cocoa into the pan and turn the heat up to med-high heat. Whisk constantly until the cocoa starts smelling 'toasty' 1-2 min (be careful not to burn it)

Delish Sour Cream Donuts

1/2 cup sour cream or coconut yogurt
1/3 cup erythritol (granulated or powder)

'CHEESEY' YET CHEESE FREE FRITTATA

Cheese free frittata

What you will need:
7 eggs
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 yellow onion chopped
8 mushrooms, sliced
butter or coconut oil
unrefined salt

How to do it:
Step 1: Set the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Saute onions until caramelized with a little salt sprinkled (not much because the nutritional yeast is salty).

What you will need: 
1 cup peanut butter
1/3 - 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 cup Lily Sugar Free Choc Chips https://lilys.com/

Not 'Milk' Chocolate (dairy free, sugar free, creamy chocolate)

What you will need:
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup coconut milk powder
1/2 cup cocoa
4 Tbsp powdered erythritol
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

How to do it:
Step 1: Melt the oil in a small saucepan on the stove on medium.
Step 2: Stir in remaining ingredients until mixed thoroughly and smooth.
Step 3: Line a square glass baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 4: Pour in the melted chocolate.
