Milk Chocolate Protein Bars

These delish sugar free chocolate bars have 10 grams protein each!

What you will need:
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup unflavored & unsweetened grassfed whey protein
1/2 cup cocoa
4 Tbsp powdered erythritol
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

How to do it:
Step 1: Melt the oil in a small saucepan on the stove on medium.
Step 2: Stir in remaining ingredients until mixed thoroughly and smooth.
Step 3: Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4: Pour in the melted chocolate.
Step 5: Refrigerate until firm.
