Cleansing for Weight Loss
What you will need:
1/2 large head or 1 med cauliflower, cut into florets
MCT oil or ghee
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp ground psyllium seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
