Sugar Free Valentine's Day Chocolate

Just because you've sworn off sugar, doesn't mean you have to give up treating your sweety to treats on Valentines day!

What you will need for the white chocolate:

1/2 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup milk powder or coconut milk powder
3 Tbsp erythritol
3 drops stevia
2 tsp vanilla extract

Other ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
dried cranberries

Toasty Chocolate Caramel Cups

Toasty Choc Caramel Cups
(makes 30 small cups)

What you will need for the chocolate layer:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup salted butter
3/4 cup raw cacao
3 Tbsp powdered erythritol
3 drops of plain stevia

How to do the chocolate layer:
Step 1: Melt 1 cup coconut oil in a small saucepan on medium heat.
Step 2: Measure 1/2 cup cocoa into the pan and turn the heat up to med-high heat. Whisk constantly until the cocoa starts smelling 'toasty' 1-2 min (be careful not to burn it)

Not 'Milk' Chocolate (dairy free, sugar free, creamy chocolate)

NOT 'MILK' CHOCOLATE

What you will need:
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup coconut milk powder
1/2 cup cocoa
4 Tbsp powdered erythritol
1/4 tsp salt (optional)

How to do it:
Step 1: Melt the oil in a small saucepan on the stove on medium.
Step 2: Stir in remaining ingredients until mixed thoroughly and smooth.
Step 3: Line a square glass baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 4: Pour in the melted chocolate.
Step 5: Refrigerate until firm.

Pumpkin Spice Skinny Bombs

Pumpkin Spice Skinny Bombs
You'll be sure to love this silky smooth treat on a fall day!

What you will need:
1 can pumpkin puree
1 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup powdered erythritol (plus 1 Tbsp if you prefer it sweeter)
1/4 tsp unrefned salt
1/4 tsp cardamom
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger or 1 tsp dried
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

How to do it:
Step 1: Warm all ingredients together on the stove.
Step 2: Puree in a blender/food processor.
Step 3: Pour into a pan to set.
Step 4: Refrigerate until firm.

Ginger Chocolate Skinny Fudge

Prepare to die and go to heaven with this one!

What you will need:
1.5 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup ghee
1/3 cup powdered erythritol
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder

1/2 cup powdered erythritol
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup whipping cream (or canned coconut milk)
1/4 cup butter (or coconut oil)
