This recipe is freakin’ to die for. She was the result of a happy accident. I wanted to make hot fudge brownies, but instead, I made the best classic brownie recipe ever!!!! So moist and doesn’t dry out....best of all easy, peasy with only 5 ingredients.
What you will need:
1/2 cup grass-fed butter/coconut oil/ghee
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt

4 yolks (in addition to the whole eggs above)
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup MCT oil
1/4 cup (or more to taste) powdered erythritol
1/3 cup water, coconut or almond milk (more for icier texture rather than creamy)
(optional) 1/4 berries or 1/2 cup cocoa powder
