Just because you've sworn off sugar, doesn't mean you have to give up treating your sweety to treats on Valentines day!
What you will need for the white chocolate:
1/2 cup cocoa butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup milk powder or coconut milk powder
3 Tbsp erythritol
3 drops stevia
2 tsp vanilla extract
Other ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
dried cranberries
macadamia nuts
How to do it:
Step 1: Put all ingredients for the white chocolate in a saucepan on medium and stir with a fork until melted.
Step 2: Remove from heat and if you want blend in a blender until silky smooth.
Step 3: Put a dried unsweetened cranberry in each pocket of a heart shaped silicone mould and then pour the white chocolate over top and then set in the fridge.
Step 4: Meanwhile, take the remaining white chocolate and add 1/2 cup cocoa and dissolve on med heat.
Step 3: Add a macadamia nut over semi solid white chocolate portion and fill with remaining milk chocolate.
Step 4: Store in the fridge.
* use the leftover milk chocolate to make more hearts!
