The Benefits of Being Part of A Team
Can we help each other make a generous living working less & having way more fun?
A lot of people decide to become nutritionists, but very few actually end up practicing. Why?
Because it is simply too overwhelming to have to put in that 10, 000 hours that make you an expert, while also running a practice, learning how to run a business, have to create systems and resources to help clients be successful - all the while needing to generate marketing systems and content to boot.
It's like taking on the job of 4 + people!
The idea that being your own boss gives you more freedom, is kind of a half truth. Sure you call the shots, so yes you DO have creative freedom, but time freedom? Yeah, that's not going to be happening anytime soon.
People grossly underestimate how much behind the scenes unpaid, unacknowledged work goes into running a business.
Not to mention, becoming a solo entrepreneur can be isolating.
Learning business, marketing and copyrighting is not what you thought you were signing up for when you decided that you wanted to go into business.
You are passionate about your modality, yes, but ‘businessy’ stuff, probably not so much.
Being in business can be very alienating because most of our partners, friends and family are employees, so they don’t understand our world.
You can either struggle alone or we can all thrive together!
It’s hard to have confidence in your coaching skills and a struggle to start a business when you don’t have experience.
Instead of focusing on the certification first and then starting business later, you can learn and earn at the same time!
That way if you do decide to start your own business, you have experience and confidence from the day you officially open your doors.
Or you can stay on our team and continue to grow exponentially with us!
Either way, we want to work with you!
I’ve put my heart and soul into developing the content, materials, systems and structures so that you don’t have to.
I have also invested well over $60,000 USD and too many hours to count in marketing and business training to acquire the specialized knowledge needed to develop the Delish Diet framework, foundation and platform so that it can continue to grow and be profitable.
I have also designed it so that you can earn while you learn in a paid by performance model.
Here is the plan:
Step 1: Join the program.
Step 2: Sign up as an affiliate.
Step 3: Share our content on social media with your affiliate link.
Step 4: Enrol clients into our service based programs (by phione, e-mail or messenger).
Step 5: Coach our clients.
When you create more exposure for the brand, you help us enrol more clients which benefits you in 2 ways:
- commission on the initial sale
- opportunities to coach the new clients you enrol
When one of your colleagues enrols a client into our service based programs, the clients they enrol may also choose YOU when they book one of their coaching sessions online.
Our clients get to choose who they book with, so you can get client bookings for sessions without having enrolled someone into the program yourself.
You just get to show up, work your magic and get paid well!
So yes, we can have fun helping each other learn, grow and thrive!
Not to mention how soul nourishing it feels to be part of a team, part of something bigger than ourselves. It feels amazing to be connected with people you love to work with and to celebrate our successes together!
Community is everything. At the end of the day the only thing that matters is relationships.
Imagine how amazing it is going to feel working from anywhere in the world, setting your own hours and making a generous living doing work you are passionate about with clients and colleagues you love!
Let’s do this together!
