Delish Signature Brownies

Delish Signature Brownies.jpgThis recipe is freakin’ to die for. She was the result of a happy accident. I wanted to make hot fudge brownies, but instead, I made the best classic brownie recipe ever!!!! So moist and doesn’t dry out....best of all easy, peasy with only 5 ingredients.

What you will need:
1/2 cup grass-fed butter/coconut oil/ghee
1/2 cup powdered erythritol
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs

How to do it:
Step 1: Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line 8 X 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Step 3: Add butter, powdered erythritol, cocoa powder and salt in a heatproof metal bowl and melt over a hot water bath whisking constantly - it should be thick but smooth.
Step 4: Once melted, remove from the heat and whisk in 1 egg at a time (don’t over whisk or batter will become cake-like).
Step 5: Bake for 17 - 20 min (until toothpick comes out moist), brownies will continue to cook while they cool (don’t be alarmed when you see the oil sitting on top - it will a absorb while they cool).
Step 6: Sprinkle with unrefined sea salt.
Step 7: Let cool on a cooling rack.
Step 8: Freeze for 10 minutes before cutting for extra clean edges.

Prepare to die and go to heaven!
